THE PORT DE LA SELVA YACHT CLUB ADHERES TO THE COMMITMENT FOR THE ERADICATION OF MALE VIOLENCE.
Tomorrow Friday, November 25, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women is celebrated, aimed at giving visibility to a violence that still represents one of the most widespread, persistent and devastating violations of human rights in the world.
The whole team at Club Nàutic want to firmly express our absolute rejection of any type of violence and, especially, those that affect women and their children.
For this reason we adhere to the Manifesto of the World of Sport, promoted by Esportcat (General Secretariat of Sport and Physical Activity), with the firm commitment to reject sexist attitudes, as well as to identify and report aggression in the day to day of our activities.
Next weekend (November 26 and 27) we will do the public reading of this Manifest, during the activities scheduled in the Diving Section of the Nautical Club.
For a safe sport, with respect, dignity, equality, freedom and fair play!
