SUPPLIERS OF PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES
The Integrated Management System of the Club Nàutic Port de la Selva establishes the requirements for the documentation, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of all the processes and the people who perform, manage and verify the services of the port facility and sports of the Club Nàutic Port de la Selva, which include the maintenance services of the port facility, management of moorings, anchoring, operations at the dock, service station and sports activities, which are defined in the management manual of the Club.
For the establishment of the Integrated Management System, we have taken as reference the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 Standards "Quality Management Systems. Requirements”, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 “Requisitos con orientación para su uso” and Regulation 1221:2009 EMAS III, Regulation (EU) 2017/1505 Regulation (EU) 2018/2026 (Annex IV – EMAS).
For this reason, we inform you that the evaluation of the quality of your service / product will be evaluated through the periodic monitoring of the incidents that may have occurred and in the case that it is considered necessary through the contribution of the ' corrective action that will be communicated to you via e-mail.
On the other hand, in the event that it is necessary, the Supplier is responsible for the compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations between all own or external workers who provide their services at the Yacht Club facilities, as well as that derived from the Royal Decree of Coordination of Business Activities, being a necessary requirement to be able to work within the Club facilities , be registered in the Business Activities Coordination Platform that the Association of Sports and Tourist Ports of Catalonia (ACPET) is enabled on your portal web. This is understood in the broadest possible sense and in particular to the assessment of occupational risks, the training and information of workers, health surveillance, the coordination of business activities and the teams of individual and collective protection .
