THE BLUE ECONOMY ON THE COSTA BRAVA HAS AN IMPACT OF 561.16 MILLION EUROS AND GENERATE MORE THAN 7,000 JOBS.
The Director of the Port de la Selva Yacht Club yesterday attended the presentation of the Nautical Study on the socio-economic impact of the blue economy on the Costa Brava, which took place at the Costa Brava Hotel in Platja d'Aro .
An initiative of the Chambers of Commerce of Girona, Palamós and Sant Feliu de Guíxols, with the collaboration of Ports of the Generalitat of Catalonia, ACPET and CORVE, and drafted by the economist and sociologist Josep Milà.
This study, which is based on data from 2021, highlights the importance of Catalan ports as economic and social drivers of the territory.
