WE ACT RESPONSIBLY: WE SAVE WATER
Our country, as well as the rest of the neighboring territories, is suffering the first effects of what are undoubtedly the consequences of global climate change.
The decrease and irregularity of rain episodes, as well as a poor control of the water cycle, are complicating its management and compromising the guarantee of supply in the short, medium and long term.
In order to contribute to savings and efficiency in the management of this precious and scarce asset, the Club has adopted the following
COMMITMENTS:
- We will carry out checks and records of daily water consumption aimed at detecting any leaks or incidents in the internal supply network.
- We will increase preventive maintenance actions. The repair of any incident detected will be immediate.
- We will prioritize investments to improve the internal drinking water supply network.
- We will reduce the pressure of the regulators of the entrance brooms to the facilities to the minimum necessary for the correct operation of the equipment.
- We will promote water saving and responsible consumption through specific awareness campaigns aimed at users and internal and external staff.
- We will reduce the irrigation of the garden areas to the minimum dose of subsistence.
- We will remove the water supply hoses to the boats installed in the service turrets.
- The Board of Directors and the professional team will ensure that these commitments are implemented.
In this sense, as a user, we ask you to extreme, more than ever, the saving of water and that you follow the following
RECOMMENDATIONS
- As a general rule, always prioritize oral use over any other use.
- Use a bucket and a sponge to clean the boat and, in any case, reduce the duration and frequency of rinsing as much as possible, unless you do it with seawater.
Given the drought we are experiencing this year in Catalonia, more than ever, we need to use water very consciously.
