(1) Enrolments will be exclusively accepted via the website and will be processed in strict order of request.
(2) The cancellation of an enrolment must be made via email to:
nautic@cnps.cat.
The amount paid will not be refunded if the enrolment is not cancelled 14 days before the start date of the activity / course.
(3) The start of the activity / course supposes the payment of the total amount for the same, this amount not being fractionable by the number of day or hours undertaken.
(4) In order to take part in the activity / course, the registrant must be a minimum of 4 years old during the current year (for the Summer Camp and Swimming courses) and 6 years old for Sailing courses.
(5) The Club Management may cancel the activity / course if 48 hours before the start the minimum number of enrolments has not been met. In this case the Club will proceed to refund the amount paid on behalf of the enrolees for the cancelled activity / course.
(6) The number of enrolments for the activity / course is limited.
